PORTLAND, Oregon - Police want help in locating 34 year-old Noah Charles Smith who has active warrants for his arrest. He is a person of interest in a shooting that occurred on March 7th, 2021 at SW Barbur Blvd and SW Capital Hwy. Portland police would like to interview him.

Smith is known to frequent homeless camps.

Detectives believe Smith is armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
