DEPOE BAY, Ore. – Erosion is threatening some beachfront properties in Lincoln County, prompting a response from Oregon State Police troopers on Thursday.
According to officials, Depoe Bay Fire is talking with the owners of four properties that could be impacted by the erosion.
"Never underestimate the power of nature," state police officials said in a Tweet.
The Lincoln County Emergency Management coordinator has also been reached to determine next steps for the properties.
