Members of the Clark County Sheriff's Office, U.S. Marshall's Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force and the Southwest Washington Regional SWAT Team combined to arrest Jacob E. Cater, DOB 10/13/82 from a residence in Yacolt today during the service of a search warrant. Cater was wanted on a felony warrant for charges including Kidnapping 1st Degree, Assault 2nd Degree, and Unlawful Possession of a firearm. The charges stem from a domestic violence incident that occurred in rural Clark County on or about August 1, 2019.
