On April 26, 2011, at 8:04 a.m., the Beaverton Police Department was dispatched to a disturbance on the side of Highway 26 near the SW Murray Boulevard exit. Witnesses reported two vehicles on the shoulder of the highway and two adult males fighting.

Upon arrival, officers discovered one of the vehicles had been taken from Vancouver, WA earlier this morning. The registered owner's daughter along with several of her friends had taken the vehicle without permission. When the vehicle ran out of gas on Highway 26, the 16 year old daughter called her mother for assistance. A short time later, Tammy Johnson (37), Ronald Johnson (72) and Ramone Gilbert (32) arrived.

Upon arrival Tammy Johnson, R. Johnson and Gilbert pulled the driver, 20 year old Brandon Perez, from the vehicle and assaulted him. Officers are investigating the reason for the assault. Brandon was taken the St. Vincent's Hospital with non-life threatening injuries and was later arrested for DUII.

Tammy Johnson was cited and released for Assault IV. Ronald Johnson was cited and released for Harassment and Gilbert was lodged at Washington County Jail for Assault IV and an unrelated warrant out of Multnomah County.
