Beaverton Officers responded to an alarm Monday at the Rite Aid Store located at 14625 SW Allen Blvd. Responding officers arrived at 1:10 am quickly and discovered forced entry to the rear of the store and advised other officers that the store had been burglarized. Upon examination officers discovered that a large amount of prescription medications were stolen from the pharmacy section of the store.

Officers quickly gained valuable suspect vehicle information that led to a traffic stop by Tigard Officers on a vehicle that was believed to be involved in the burglary. The two occupants of the vehicle were subsequently arrested for the burglary and the stolen prescription medications were recovered inside the vehicle.

A representative from Rite Aid advised officers that the medications that were stolen consisted of narcotic level pain medications such as oxycontin and oxycodone and were worth approximately $50,000.

The two suspects arrested are identified as 36 year old Jarrod Miles Moore and 36 year old Lorrinda Lyndee King. Both were charged with the following crimes and lodged at the Washington County Jail.

Moore was charged with:

Burglary II
* Aggravated Theft I
* Criminal Mischief
* Unlawful Possession of Morphine
* Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance - Prescription Drug Schedule II

King was charged with:

* Conspiracy to Commit Burglary II
