|Three wounded in NE Portland gang shooting|

31-year-old Garvin Franklin of North Portland and 32-year-old Archeleaus Osborne of North Portland suffered non-life-threatening gunshot wounds and were located near the scene of the shooting.
37-year-old Clinton Nelson of Gresham was transported by private car to an area hospital with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.
A fourth gunshot victim, 22-year-old Terrance Warren of North Portland, later arrived at an area hospital suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
Detectives believe that several witnesses were present at the time of the shooting but left the scene before police arrived. Detectives would like to speak with any witnesses who might have some information about this mornings shooting.
At this point, detectives do not have any suspect information and no arrests have been made.

This shooting is the 5th gang-related shooting since March 12, 2011.
On March 12, 2011, 30-year-old Andre Lavell Johnson was shot at Jody's Bar and Grill located at 12035 Northeast Glisan Street.
On March 13, 2011, 24-year-old Latoya Harris was shot at a residence in the 9200 block of North Dwight Avenue.
On March 18, 2011, 27-year-old Izeah Williams was shot at a residence in the 10700 block of Northeast Fremont Street.
On March 19, 2011, multiple gunshots were fired into a residence in the 800 block of Northeast 94th but nobody was hit.
All the recent gunshot victims are expected to survive and no arrests have been made in connection with any of the shootings. Gang Detectives aren't able to say if any of these recent shootings are connected.
Portland Police this morning responded to the report of shots fired in the 7000 block of Northeast 9th Avenue. Several callers reported hearing multiple gunshots, people screaming, and a vehicle speeding away in an unknown direction.
Officers arrived at approximately 4:20 this morning and found two gunshot victims on the sidewalk, a 31-year-old male and a 32-year-old male, both suffering from non-life-threatening wounds.
A third victim, a 37-year-old male, was transported by private car to an area hospital where he is undergoing surgery for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
Police say there are no identified suspects at this time.
Gang Enforcement detectives responded with Forensic Evidence to begin an investigation.
Traffic was blocked along Northeast 9th Avenue from Stafford Street to Holland Street.
