PORTLAND, Oregon- Early morning snow fell and stuck in the Portland area. Many primary remain open and clear. Higher elevation areas and a few rural locations have snow falling and staying in place.

This Afternoon: Snow showers likely. Some thunder is also possible. Snow level 200 feet. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 42. South southwest wind around 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Tonight: Rain and snow showers likely. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 31. South southwest wind between 5 and 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Thursday: Rain and snow showers likely, becoming all snow after 4pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 43. South southwest wind between 3 and 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
