GRESHAM – A 26-year-old man was shot in the neck and taken to the hospital Wednesday. The shooting occured about three blocks from the Gresham Transit Center.

The man was shot in the right sometime last night. When police arrived they found him holding his right hand on a neck wound. He reported to police that three Hispanic men ran away after shooting him. He is expected to survive.

Gresham police are continuing to investigate the incident and have called in gang investigators.
