Portland police arrested a 30-year-old man and charged him with invasion of privacy after he was allegedly caught in a woman's bathroom peering at a woman who was in the next stall.The arrest was made on Sunday afternoon after police received a call from the Hannaford supermarket on Cottage Road in Portland. Police were told Goupil had been in the women's bathroom and was caught looking over the stall partition at a a female employee who was using the bathroom.

An officer charged Goupil with invasion of privacy and violating conditions of his release from a previous arrest, though police did not have information on that previous arrest.

Goupil is scheduled to make his court appearance today at 1 p.m.
