This morning, Tuesday June 7, 2011, at approximately 12:08 a.m., Portland Police officers assigned to North Precinct responded to the report of a drive-by shooting at a residence in the 7000 block of North Commercial Avenue. Officers arrived in the area and made contact with a 23-year-old male victim who had been shot multiple times. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
