PORTLAND, Oregon - On Saturday August 26, 2017, at 5:23 p.m., North Precinct and Gang Enforcement Team (GET) officers responded to the 13000 block of Northeast Prescott Drive on the report of people with warrants at a house in the neighborhood.

Officers arrived in the area and learned there were two people inside a residence with warrants. Based on the warrant information and past criminal behavior of the wanted suspects, a supervisor at the location has requested assistance from specially trained officers to respond. Members of the Washington County Tactical Negotiation Team (TNT) were called to the location to assist with contacting and arresting the wanted suspects.

Officers have formed a perimeter around the house and there does not appear to be a danger to the community. However, houses directly next to the house occupied by the wanted suspects may be evacuated for their safety.

Traffic was closed on Northeast Prescott Drive from Northeast 129th Avenue and Northeast 131st Avenue during the police investigation.
