One Person Injured In Downtown Portland Stabbing

PORTLAND, Oregon - On Friday May 12, 2017, close just after 10 PM, Portland police were informed of a stabbing outside The Nines Hotel on Southwest Morrison Street, between 5th and 6th Avenues.

A male adult victim, suffering from a stab wound, was transported to a Portland hospital for treatment to non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspect who left the scene was described by witnesses as a white male in his 20s, 6'2" tall, slim build, a thin, pale face, clean-shaven, wearing all black clothing.

Police say there is no apparent connection between the victim and suspect.
