Man With Camera Pulls Towel off Woman In Locker Room

VANCOURVER, Washington - On Monday, April 22, 2017, a young man entered the women's locker room at the Firstenburg Community Center located at 700 NE 136th Ave.. He then pulled a towel off a women who was changing her clothes and ran away on foot.

The victim reported that she believed he had a cell phone in his hand when he was inside the locker room. Surveillance cameras captured an image of the suspect who fled out the back side door of the community center.

Vancouver Police described the suspect as an Asian male, 18-20, short orange-colored hair with long swoopy bangs, last seen wearing a black sweatshirt.
