PORTLAND, Oregon - Officers were able to get medical attention for the victim in this incident. He suffered a single, non-life-threatening gunshot wound and was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Investigators believe the shooting arose from a dispute and that the shooter may be a Hispanic or Black male in his late teens or early 20's in dark clothes. He is described at about 5'6" and heavy set. Investigators believe he fled the scene with several other associates.
The Gang Enforcement Team is responding to assist with the investigation.
