Cleaner caught stealing from Oregon City Residence

VANCOUVER, Washington - On May 20, 2016, at about 1000 HRS, Oregon City Police arrested 32-year-old Vancouver resident, Amanda R. Morgan, at the 11000 block of Maxwell Ct., Oregon City, OR for theft and possession of a controlled substance. Amanda Morgan works for The Cleaning Authority, a local cleaning company, and was suspected of stealing prescription medications from the Oregon City residence while she was supposed to be cleaning.

With the cooperation from The Cleaning Authority and the Oregon City residents, Oregon City Police were able to capture the theft this morning using a hidden camera. Amanda Morgan was arrested leaving the residence without incident.

She was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail on three counts of 164.043-Theft III and three counts of 475.814 - PCS-Hydrocodone.
