PORTLAND, Ore. — If your only vision of Oz is in Technicolor, you're in for a surprise with the stage show.
Though the production of 'The Wizard of Oz' currently playing at Keller Auditorium borrows from the 1939 Judy Garland film, there are differences including new songs, costumes and plotting.
"It takes a completely separate set of twists and turns from the book or the movie," Wardrobe Supervisor Meg Peresich said. "We have a lot of scenes that are more fully elaborated on."
Broadway in Portland brings 'The Wizard of Oz' to the Keller Auditorium March 8-13. Get your tickets here.
