From Astoria to Brookings, Art Walks offer an opportunity to meet artists, socialize and shop.

Providing everything from wine to entertainment, towns along the Oregon Coast encourage visitors to come indoors during the rainy season. Art walks from Astoria to Brookings often give guests the opportunity to meet with artists, listen to live music and enjoy all the participating galleries and shops have to offer.

Astoria: Second Saturday Art Walk | Downtown businesses keep their doors open late from 5-8pm, provide refreshments and entertainment and exhibit original works. Venues are marked throughout town with colorful pinwheels. See astoriadowntown.com/page/29 or call 503.791.7940 for more information.

Bandon: Alive After Five Art and Wine Walk | Explore Bandon downtown galleries during extended hours from 5-8pm. The Art Walk is free and includes music and activities at participating businesses. To participate in the wine walk, commemorative glasses and walking maps will be on sale for $10 at the Bandon Historical Museum, 270 Fillmore Ave. 541.297.2342

Brookings: Second Saturday Art Walk | Various galleries and shops offer special events, demonstrations, artist receptions, theatrical previews and live music. Seaside: First Saturday Art Walk | The Seaside Art Walk is from 5-7pm monthly on the first Saturday. Visitors can watch demonstrations, meet artists, listen to live music and sample appetizers.
